Centers Choice is a private pay home care company that services the 5 Boroughs and Westchester County. We have shifts that range from a minimum of 6 hours to 24 hours. • Valid {New York State} Home Health Aide Certificate
• Physical within the past 6 months

• Drug Screen

All Caregivers will be provided PPE when working with COVID -19 Clients including, N-95 Masks, Gowns, Goggles, Face Shield, Hand Sanitizers, Antibacterial Soap, and Gloves.
