POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a field-based position. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work independently to recruit Home Health Aides (HHAs & PCAs). The Field recruiter will be supported by a team of inhouse onboarding specialists that will work to ensure all leads are followed up on and fully onboarded.

Our ideal candidate is Bilingual ( English/Spanish) has a background in Healthcare, Homecare, or Staffing related projects, is detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our recruitment needs and collaborate with internal recruiters to successfully identify candidates
  • Create and Execute a Targeted Recruitment Strategy
  • Benchmark our candidate experience against our competitors
  • Identify new recruiting sources to build pipelines of diverse, home care professionals
  • Promote positive community relations and partner with placement agencies, social service agencies, one-stop employment centers, local colleges, places of worship, etc. to ensure a consistent ongoing pool of HHA/PCA candidates
  • Attend hiring events and community-based events

Requirements:

  • A Valid drivers license
  • All-star relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years of field-based recruiting experience preferably in home care, healthcare, or similar relevant experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish, French or Creole
